SEIU-West Committee Vacancy Expression of Interest Form

There are currently several committee vacancies!
Involvement in a committee is a great way to get involved and be a part of your union.
Committees keep us at the forefront of the labour movement in Canada and provide an excellent opportunity for members to learn from one another.
We have vacancies in: 
  • First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Committee
  • Gender and Sexual Diversity Committee
    • 1 vacancy for a person identifying as a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community
    • 1 vacancy for an ally to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community
  • Workers of Colour Multicultural Mentorship Committee
  • Nursing Care Committee
    • 2 vacancies for members working in a Continuing Care Assistant classification
  • Young Workers Committee
The remainder of the term for all committees is approximately one year, expiring at the SEIU-West Convention in 2027.
