2026 Foundation of the AAGL- Jaroslav Hulka North American Resident Scholarship

Jaroslav Hulka, MD, was the fifth President of the AAGL and served on the first AAGL Board of Trustees. He was renowned for his commitment to women's reproductive rights and for making obstetrical, gynecological, and infertility procedures safer and less invasive. Dr. Hulka was an innovator, artist, author, and dedicated mentor to many young gynecologists.

A special Jaroslav Hulka, MD Scholarship will be available to an outstanding North American Resident or Fellow. This scholarship will provide registration for the 2026 AAGL Global Congress in Boston, MA, a travel stipend, and a plaque.

Award Eligibility:

Must be a current resident or fellow.
Physician must be practicing in North America
Nominations or Self-Nominations will be accepted. Self-nominations must provide a letter of reference.
The winner must attend the Foundation of the AAGL's Awards Ceremony held during a General Session during the AAGL Global Congress in Boston, MA in November 2026 to accept the award in person.

Applications must be submitted on or before Friday, May 29, 2026 at Midnight PST.
