UNESCO is hosting the fourth edition of
Digital Learning Week from 8 to 11 September 2026 at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris.
As a platform for open dialogue, knowledge exchange and forging communities of practice, UNESCO invites proposals that can advance the global conversation on education in the age of AI.
Submissions should be grounded in concrete, implemented work and evidence-based insights. They should draw on original research, evaluations and published scholarly work; innovative teaching practices or tools in use; technological and pedagogical innovations; implemented institutional or system policies; frameworks and programmes related to AI in education.
Initiatives at the conceptual or early stage of piloting will not be accepted.
What you need to know
Before submitting your proposal, please take your time to familiarize yourself with the
concept note and the
categories and sub-categories of the call for proposals.
Presentation proposals must be submitted to UNESCO no later than
19 May 2026. All applicants will be notified of the outcome of the selection process by the
end of June 2026.
Participants will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation. There are no mandatory fees associated with submission or participation.
