FutureReady (April-May) Listening Session Summary Form

Background

Thank you for hosting a FutureReady Listening Session and for sharing what your community had to say.

This form is intended for use by facilitators of FutureReady Listening Sessions to share key themes, stories, or takeaways from a group discussion. It is designed specifically for use in Washington State.

Please note:
  • This is not a survey.
  • It is not meant for individual use or individual-level feedback.
  • Later stages of this work will likely include opportunities for individuals to share their own perspectives through surveys or other tools. Individuals can sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about future opportunities or email thoughts directly to sbe@k12.wa.us.
Please see the FutureReady Listening Session Toolkit for more detailed instructions and background. If you adapted the discussion questions for your group, there's a space to note that.

The information you share in this form will be shared with the Washington State Board of Education and the FutureReady Task Force to help shape Washington's high school graduation requirements. Some materials may be posted publicly, so please do not include participant names, school names, personal details, or identifying information and only share input that participants feel comfortable making public.

Important Note: Any communication sent to State Board of Education staff or Board members is subject to public disclosure under Washington’s Public Records Act.

Thank you for being part of this important statewide conversation!
