Thank you for your interest in the 2026 CONSTRUCT Infrastructure Youth Academy! If you (or your student) are a rising high school junior or senior and interested in a future career in the energy sector, we encourage you to apply!

To be considered for this program, you must be interested in energy or trade and either be a junior or a senior during this school year. Unfortunately, we are not able to make exceptions to this requirement.

We are enrolling for one cohort at our Kelly Hall YMCA location. Due to the popularity of the program and number of applications, we may not be able to accommodate all applicants in our 2026 program. If you are not selected for this cohort, we encourage you to keep an eye out for future opportunities on our website.

Please note that this cohort is offered exclusively in English. Because program activities include safety‑sensitive instruction, participants must be able to understand and communicate in English without the support of a translator. At this time, the YMCA is not able to provide translation services.
