The Food Forum of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine is seeking suggestions for experts to be considered for the workshop planning committee on Understanding Protein: Science, Needs, Trends, Innovation.
Using these suggestions, the National Academies staff will appoint a planning committee with expertise relevant to protein in the areas of:
- nutrition science
- clinical nutrition
- food science and technology
- food systems
- health economics with a food policy focus
- food production and retail
- consumer behavior
- communication and marketing
