Beyond the Bell Parent Survey 2025-2026

Dear Los Angeles Unified School District Parents, 

This survey is being sent to you because your child is enrolled in a before- or afterschool program provided by Beyond the Bell. The survey will ask you about your satisfaction with the program and how well it supports your child’s needs. 

If your child participates in both before- and after-school programming at their school, please select the program that you would like to focus on in this survey. If you have multiple children enrolled in the selected program, please choose one child who frequently attends the program and answer questions based on their experience. 

Your input is important to us and will help shape the future of the program.
