The Board of Directors of Right Moves For Youth (RMFY) is seeking a dynamic and mission‑driven Executive Director to lead a respected, long‑standing youth development organization serving students in grades 6–12 across Mecklenburg County.
The Executive Director will serve as the chief executive and public ambassador of RMFY, providing visionary leadership, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring operational and programmatic excellence. This role oversees a dedicated team of professionals and works closely with a highly engaged Board to advance RMFY’s strategic plan, deepen program impact, and secure sustainable funding for the future.
The ideal candidate brings proven nonprofit leadership experience, exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, strong financial and fundraising acumen, and a deep commitment to supporting young people as they build the knowledge, connections, and confidence needed for lifelong success.
