NCARB is committed to ensuring that the path to licensure is accessible for all. As part of the NCARB and National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA) joint Building on Belonging effort, we’re working to gather data around impediments on the path to licensure—including impediments that disproportionately impact those with child care or dependent care responsibilities. This information will help NCARB develop future pathways to licensure that are accessible, flexible, and meet the needs of the next generation of architects.
In order to gain substantive insights, we encourage all students, candidates, and architects—regardless of family status—to participate. Your responses are confidential. NCARB will report on the survey findings in aggregate and will ensure no personal information is identifiable.
