Tier 1 is for organizations taking simple, first steps to listen and learn.

Tier 2 is for organizations ready to deepen their commitment to collaboration and shared decision-making with neighbors.

Tier 1: Neighbor Engagement Kickstart - Focus: Foundational Work (Toolkit Chapter 1)and Light-Touch Engagement (Toolkit Chapter 2) Funding Range: Up to $1,500
Tier 2: Deep Collaboration & Impact - Focus: Supporting Collaboration and Empowerment work (Toolkit Chapters 3 & 4), such as hosting Community Conversations or establishing a Neighbor Advisory Council. Funding Range : Up to $7,500
