Introduction
Council wants your feedback about two draft documents that relate the handling of complaints and the way we work with customers.
- Draft Customer Service Charter outlines Moonee Valley City Council’s commitment to delivering customer service with dignity and respect and sets out expectations about how our people are treated at work.
- Draft Complaints Handling Policy applies to all complaints from members of the public about Council services, employees of Council, Council’s contractors, decisions and delegated committees of the Council.
