I submitted a survey for my company last year. Do I need to sign up for the 2026 survey?
If you submitted a survey last year and your email hasn’t changed, you should have received a separate email inviting you to complete the survey. You do not need to complete the sign-up form. If you did not receive the invite, please contact Margo Morton, Research Study Coordinator at IQS Research: mmorton@iqsresearch.com or (502) 244-6600.
Our company has multiple manufacturing locations in Kentucky. Do I need to fill out a survey for each location?
If the wages at each location are different, we ask that you complete a survey for each location. If the wages are the same, please fill out one survey based on your largest location.
Does our company have to be based in Kentucky for us to complete this survey?
If you work at a company that has manufacturing operations in Kentucky, then we want to hear from you! You may be eligible if you have manufacturing operations in a surrounding county that borders Kentucky. We recommend you contact IQS Research to confirm eligibility before completing the survey.
Can our company complete this survey if we do not have manufacturing operations but work closely with the manufacturing industry?
