Spring 2026 CONNECT // Booth Layout Form

Instructions (Please Read them Scroll and click Next)

This booth layout form is required to be completed by each exhibitor / booth for Spring 2026 Connect in Reno. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Next to complete the form.

The goal of this form is to collect basic details for your brand's booth layout so that Grassroots and mackenzie EXHIBIT may plan the show floor effectively.

Who needs to complete the booth layout worksheet? Each exhibitor must complete the booth layout grid worksheet and this submission form or submit your own booth drawing and this submission form. Completion of both help indicate all specifications to your booth and allows Grassroots Outdoor Alliance Event Team, mackenzie EXHIBIT, and the venue to plan accordingly.

Connect by Grassroots uses a "closed booth model" to enhance retailers' experience in their scheduled appointments. To understand what closed booths really mean, review the booth guidelines here.  *Exceptions to the closed booth model are Traverse Booths & Business Services only.
  • Standard / Premier Booths - please use this form and grid worksheet to share your internal booth layout included meeting rooms/showing stations, specify which walls will include custom drape, and where to drop electrical and wifi, if applicable. If you would like to provide additional details with tables, chairs, and fixturing that is welcomed also, but not required.
  • Traverse Booths* - please use this form and worksheet to share which walls will include custom drape and where to drop electrical and wifi, if applicable. If neither are applicable, still complete this form but you do not need to include the grid worksheet. Please not that Traverse booths do not include tables or chairs, you will need to rent these and other fixtures through mackenzie EXHIBIT's Boomer rental portal.
  • Business Services Booth* - please use this form and worksheet to share which walls will include custom drape and where to drop electrical and wifi, if applicable. If neither are applicable, still complete this form but you do not need to include the worksheet.

To get started, please review the booth guidelines and Exhibitor Manual, refer to your booth orientation as decided on the floor map, read the following instructions and specifications, click next at the bottom of this screen to complete.
