Nominations are being accepted for the 2026 Alumni Awards! The awards will be presented during Homecoming on September 26, 2026. Eligible nominees include alumni of Philadelphia Textile Institute, Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science, Philadelphia University, and Thomas Jefferson University.
All members of the Ram community are welcome to submit a nomination by sharing exceptional alumni for consideration for these special awards.
To be considered for the 2026 Alumni Awards, nomination materials must be received by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Friday, May 29, 2026.
Alumni Awards
Graham J. Littlewood, III '42 Time, Talent & Treasure Award — Established in 2001 in honor of Philadelphia Textile Institute distinguished alumnus Graham J. Littlewood, III '42. The award is presented at Homecoming to an outstanding graduate who has contributed time, talent, and treasure through a commitment to the mission of the University and to future generations of Jefferson students.
Frank L. Giese Textile Award — Established by Philadelphia College of Textiles & Sciences alumni in 1970 in honor of Dr. Frank L. Giese, professor emeritus of Textiles. The award is presented at Homecoming in recognition of an individual's contributions to innovation in the design, technology, or marketing of textile products and outstanding and significant impact on the textile industry.
Young Alumni Achievement Award — Established in 2009 by Philadelphia University's First 5 Council. The award is presented at Homecoming and honors and recognizes the personal and professional achievements of a Thomas Jefferson University or Philadelphia University graduate of the last 10 years.
