2026 Foundations of Leadership Application

Applications Now Open!

We are now accepting applications for the Foundations of Leadership program beginning May 2026. Foundations of Leadership is a 6-week soft skills leadership development program for young professionals ages 18–30 who want to build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and develop a strong professional presence.

The Spring 2026 Foundations of Leadership class will meet for six program days from May to June. Classes meet Mondays from 9:00–11:00 AM, with opportunities for connection and networking throughout the program.
Attendance at five of the six required sessions is necessary to receive a Foundations of Leadership certificate of completion. The program schedule is as follows:

Week 1 – Professional Presence & Workplace Communication – May 4
Week 2 – Presentation Skills & Public Speaking (Part 1) – May 11
Week 3 – Networking: In-Person & Online – May 18
Week 4 – Presentation Skills & Public Speaking (Part 2) – June 1
Week 5 – Professional Etiquette & Workplace Events – June 8
Week 6 – Leadership Showcase & Graduation – June 15

The full tuition cost for Foundations of Leadership is $675, and scholarships may be available.
