Campbell County households can obtain up to an additional 10 vouchers once every four years.
Vouchers are valid upon receipt until the end of the voucher period. Guidelines and restrictions apply.
Voucher Period 1 = Jul 1 – Dec 31 | Voucher Period 2 = Jan 1 – Jun 30
Example: 123 Main Street receives 10 vouchers in April. All 10 vouchers expire on June 30, 2026. 123 Main Street (same owner)
will be able to receive an additional 10 vouchers again beginning July 1, 2030.
- Applicants must provide proof of Campbell County residency.
- Examples: valid driver’s license or photo ID, utility bill, deed, or lease.
- Vouchers are good for one (1) truckload or one (1) 8-foot trailer load. If stacked, pile must be under 3-feet tall. Additional expenses are the responsibility of the resident.
- Accepted: household trash, furniture, mattresses, yard waste, and home renovation debris.
- Not Accepted: hazardous waste, tires, appliances, electronics, and liquid waste.
- Rumpke reserves the right to refuse any item.
- This does not affect the allowed four (4) vouchers households can receive each fiscal year—this is in addition.
Drop-off locations include the Rumpke Covington Transfer Station (4399 Boron Drive, Covington, KY 41015) or Rumpke Pendleton County Landfill (1374 Bryan Griffin Road, Butler, KY 41006).
