The Jackson County Health Department (JCHD) receives funding annually to improve community communication, education, and outreach regarding the safe usage of medical marijuana. Education includes, but is not limited to, the following topics: Michigan Medical Marijuana Laws, marijuana usage while driving, marijuana usage while pregnant, and the importance of keeping all marijuana products locked up and out of reach of children.
We encourage all community members to take a few minutes to watch this educational video and take the short quiz that follows the video. Those that complete the quiz, will be contacted to come get a free lock bag.
