NASDDDS Symposium Conference Sponsor & Exhibitor Sign-up: June 2026

Your sponsorship selection will be confirmed based on the time stamp receipt of the auto confirmation email the system sends to the event organizer upon your completion of this form.  Booths will be assigned in order of sponsor preference. Vendors who are exhibiting, but not sponsoring, will have selection of the booths secondary to sponsors.

Exhibitors: Please note that all exhibitors will receive one six foot table with two chairs unless otherwise noted.  If you require additional space, an additional booth or booths must be purchased. Booth space is six feet deep and ten feet wide and up to ten feet high (standard) or twenty feet high (premium). Please inform the organizer if greater vertical space is required. Two (2) booth staff not attending sessions are complimentary.  Please register as booth staff on the conference website. Purchase of an exhibitor booth does not include session attendance. 

No table coverings or skirting is provided. Booth placement preference will occur in order of sponsorship level.  Booth preference locations are not guaranteed. 

Sponsors: Most sponsorships include a select number of free conference registrations.  Please consult your prospectus. Exhibit booths are not included with sponsorship and must be purchased separately.
