Introduction to the AI Maturity (AIM) HR Assessment

The AIM HR Assessment enables HR leaders to clearly identify their organisation's current AI maturity and take deliberate action to lead AI adoption with confidence and responsibility. More than a diagnostic, it empowers HR to move beyond a support function and become champions and advocates of organisation-wide transformation —taking the lead in guiding how AI is adopted, governed, and integrated into people and work processes. By understanding where the organisation stands, HR can proactively shape workforce strategy, influence business decisions, and ensure AI adoption is people‑centric, ethical, and sustainable.

Following the assessment, organisations are guided through a structured transformation journey using Talentkraft’s 3P Framework (Purpose, Process, People) and HR 3D approach (Discover, Discern, Deploy), anchored by the NTUC’s AI Transformation Blueprint and AI Operation & Technology Roadmap (AI OTR). This ensures AI initiatives are aligned to business outcomes, supported by well‑designed workflows, and enabled by a workforce with the right skills and readiness.

Together, these frameworks help companies improve productivity and competitiveness, while ensuring workers benefit through job redesign, skills upgrading, stronger career pathways, and better-quality jobs— delivering transformation that advances both business performance and worker outcomes in the tripartite spirit.

This diagnostic tool was co-developed with TalentKraft to support HR teams in Singapore in assessing their AI readiness and positioning HR as a key driver of organisation-wide AI transformation.
