2026 ICCC Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the ICCC program. This application should take ~15 minutes to complete.
ICCC helps growth-stage business owners build the strategy, systems, financial discipline, and relationships needed to grow. The program is designed by ICIC, a national nonprofit that supports small business growth across the country. The ICCC program is offered at no cost to participants.

As a participant, you will engage in in-person seminars, virtual training, one-on-one coaching, and peer-to-peer networking, designed to position your business to access capital and grow sustainably.

The time commitment is about 40 hours over five months. This includes 11 hours of synchronous learning between the Opening Seminar, monthly virtual core sessions, and Capstone Event, 29 hours of asynchronous virtual trainings, and one-on-one capital coaching. The synchronous sessions comprehensively cover the key elements needed to scale a business, while the asynchronous sessions allow you to deeply explore one focus area. All classes are taught by industry experts and practitioners.

We look for applicants who are passionate about growing their business and creating jobs in their communities who generally meet these criteria*:

Be an independent, for-profit or non-profit corporation, partnership, or proprietorship
Be headquartered or have more than 51% of its physical operations located in an under-resourced area, or have more than 40% of employees residing in an under-resourced area
Have revenues for the past three years, with an average annual revenue of $150,000
Be able to commit to a 40-hour, five‑month program
