PERSONAL INFORMATION
By filling out the form below, you will be sent the Zoom link and any preparatory and follow up information regarding the event you are signing up for. Your information will not be shared with any third party outside of URI, however contact information may be shared within URI for purposes of helping participants make best use of the network.
Why we are asking for this information: In line with our first strategic priority of growth and connectivity across the network, tracking participation in URI online initiatives will help us measure our impact and be able to better respond to the needs of the community. Being able to indicate data points of gender, age, country, region of participants in our online offerings allows us to not only create a more detailed picture of who has attended, but also can point to new insights such as which communities or groups of people we may not be reaching, or which communities or groups of people like or prefer which events.
