Official Call for Programs | 2026 SoACE Conference

The 2026 SoACE conference will highlight innovations, updates, advancements, and best practices in career services and campus recruiting. 

We invite presentation proposals for 60-minute breakout sessions that align with SoACE Knowledge Groups, address relevant topics, and showcase innovative initiatives or partnerships. Proposals from employers or collaborations between career services and employer partners will receive special consideration. We encourage members to submit breakout session proposals that align with our mission, and to title sessions with the topic(s) they plan to address versus creatively trying to fit the conference theme. Enhance your breakout session proposal by identifying practitioners or employer partners to present with you!

With your proposal, be prepared to submit the following:

• Session Title
  • Keep titles clear and concise, reflecting the primary topics of the session.
• Session Description (200-word maximum)
• Brief Description for Conference App (75-word maximum)
• Learning Objectives (Minimum 2)
• Presenter CVs
• Presenter Bios (100-word limit per presenter)

SESSION FORMAT

• Breakout Sessions (60 minutes): These one-hour sessions can take various formats, including solo presentations, panel discussions, and collaborations between institutions and/or employer partners. Proposals from employers or collaborations between career services and employer partners will receive special consideration. 
• Roundtable Discussions: Roundtable proposals will not be accepted for the 2026 conference.

To maintain the educational integrity of the conference, sessions may not be used to promote products or services or for personal or organizational financial gain.
