All payments must be made by May 31. Any camps added after this date must be paid by cashier’s check or Venmo. Registration is not considered complete until payment is received. Camp fees are non-refundable unless Eastside Christian School makes the decision to cancel a camp session.
Camp sessions are subject to minimum enrollment requirements. Eastside Christian School reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify camp programs due to low enrollment, facility needs, or circumstances beyond our control (including force majeure events). Families will be notified promptly of any changes.
