Community of Practice Application

Purpose of the Community of Practice:

Whether you’re just getting started, midway through updating key documents and staff training plans, or perhaps you’ve already made updates and want to double-check your work, this Community of Practice is designed to meet you where you are.

For more information about the Community of Practice opportunity, including goals, objectives, eligibility requirements, time commitments, please refer to the Community of Practice Charter.

If your team would like to review the application, you can download a full PDF of the application here.
