Filoli Art Walk 2026 Application

Saturday & Sunday, July 25 & 26, 10am-5pm

The Filoli Historic Garden & Estate in Woodside is now accepting applications from artists and artisans to exhibit and sell their work at this year’s annual Art Walk. Set amongst the rolling foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains, the Filoli Gardens offer a stunning backdrop for a wide variety of wares. This event is open to the public, features food and beverages for sale, and is included in the cost of admission. Last year's Art Walk attracted over 5,700 visitors, and tickets have sold out every year to date. Our goal is for Art Walk to represent the diverse styles, artistry, and creativity of the Bay Area community and as such Filoli highly encourages applications from BIPOC artists and artisans whose work represents their personal culture and experience. We will have approximately 50 artists for this year's event.

Join us in the summer sunshine, and apply below!

All applications must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Sunday, April 19, to be considered. We will respond to all applicants no later than May 29.

To participate in Art Walk as a vendor, please note the following requirements:

  • Artists must be the sole proprietor of their submitted works.
  • Fine Artists can sell original pieces but are also strongly encouraged to bring reproductions and prints of their works to sell at lower price points.
  • Booth spaces are 10' x 10'. You may leave your booth and art overnight. Filoli is locked but please keep weather in mind.
  • Artists are responsible for bringing any supplies needed for their booth, including but not limited to tables, tents, tent weights, chairs, easels, and umbrellas. Filoli will not provide any of these supplies.
  • Filoli does not provide electricity.
  • We cannot guarantee access to Wi-Fi given our isolated location. Please plan on bringing your own hotspot device or using cellular data to conduct your sales.
  • A wagon or handcart is recommended for transporting your work and supplies as booth spots are not located near parking. As we have historic brick pathways, only wagons and hand carts with air-filled pneumatic rubber tires may be used on the property.
  • Most booths will be on one of Filoli’s lawns. To protect the living turf, you must use Turf Squares (available on Amazon) under your tent weights, furniture and bins.
  • All participating artists will be required to load in on the afternoon of Friday, July 24, and load out on the evening of Sunday, July 26.
