The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) will host two 2026 Family Engagement Convenings designed to strengthen school–family–community partnerships across the Commonwealth. These gatherings will center on fostering a strong sense of belonging for every student and family, advancing whole-child approaches, and elevating practical strategies that lead to improved student outcomes. Through regional collaboration, DESE seeks to highlight innovative, equitable, and replicable practices that support student success and deepen authentic engagement between schools, families, and communities.
