The National Pest Management Association conducts a survey annually to better understand the challenges facing its members. Recruiting, hiring, onboarding and keeping associates consistently ranks at the top of the list.
NPMA established the Workforce Development Program five years ago as a resource for its members to assist in efforts to address these challenges. We would like to quantify how we are doing and explore other ways we can improve on this persistent challenge all our members face.
