2026-27 Section Two School Health Services Report

Please use the Section Two worksheet provided on the School Health Services resource page to gather data regarding your Public-School Unit (PSU) prior to beginning the report survey. Complete one summary per school system or PSU. Please complete the report survey no later than June 20th. All definitions and directions are incorporated into this worksheet.

*For the purpose of the School Health Services Reports including Section Two and to align with NC Department of Public Instruction, a Public School Unit (PSU) includes a local school district, charter schools, and regional schools.
