The LeeShore Center's Prevention Survey

Introduction

Hello and thank you!

The LeeShore Center’s Prevention Program is gathering information to inform community and program planning activities in the Central Kenai Peninsula. This survey is asking community members' opinions to make sure planning reflects the needs, preferences, and experiences of those who live, work, and play in the community – you! Your responses will inform planning efforts and priorities over the next two years. Thank you for taking a few moments to share your input and thoughts.

Who should participate?

At this time, LeeShore Center is asking for feedback from adults (18+) who are currently living in the Central Kenai Peninsula.

This survey includes questions about sensitive topics, such as sexual violence and abuse. You will not be asked about your personal experiences with violence, but rather about your views on healthy relationships, teen dating violence, and prevention of sexual violence. Please take care of yourself and skip any questions that feel uncomfortable.

How long will the survey take?

The survey will take about 5-7 minutes to complete. We ask that you complete your survey in one sitting, as you won’t be able to save your progress or come back later.

Your privacy matters.

This survey is being conducted by the LeeShore Center in collaboration with a contracted evaluator, Strategic Prevention Solutions. What you share in this survey is anonymous – we won’t ask your name or other identifying information, so nothing is attributed to a name or specific person. All responses will be combined with other survey feedback to prepare a summary report that will inform planning. Findings will be shared with LeeShore’s coalition partners, Peninsula Points on Prevention (PPOP), community members, and other supporting prevention initiatives locally and statewide.
  • Your answers are anonymous; please do not include your name or other identifiers.
  • You can skip any question or select "prefer to not answer."
  • There are no right or wrong answers.
