We’ve all attended inspiring leadership trainings full of great ideas — and then returned to work unsure how to actually apply them in the middle of a stressful meeting, a funding crunch, or a team conflict. This cohort is different.
Right now, nonprofit leaders are navigating constant urgency: shifting funding landscapes, increased community need, team burnout, and the pressure to do more with less — all while holding a vision for a more just world. In this environment, reactive leadership can be default. Grounded, values-aligned leadership takes practice.
Leading Under Pressure, a 6-session program facilitated by somatic coach, Leah Landry, focuses on practical skill-building you can use immediately in your day-to-day leadership. Through guided, body-based practices and structured peer learning, you’ll build the internal capacity to stay grounded, think clearly, and respond strategically — even in high-pressure environments. This is an interactive leadership lab, not a lecture. Each session gives you practical body-based tools you can practice in real time and apply directly to your work.
