This survey is designed to gather feedback from older adults 50+ in Colorado on the challenges they have encountered in the workforce and in seeking work. Responses will be used to help inform programming and policy designed to assist those experiencing difficulties.
All responses will remain anonymous.
This survey has two parts. The first part will take you approximately 6-8 minutes to complete. After completing it you may enter a drawing for one of five $100 Amazon gift cards. If you choose to complete the second part, you will be entered into a separate drawing for one of five $150 gift cards.
