Disability Access Community Feedback Survey

California Commission on Disability Access
Community Feedback Survey

The California Commission on Disability Access (CCDA) is an independent state commission whose mission is to promote disability access in California through dialogue and collaboration with stakeholders, including the disability and business communities, as well as all levels of government.

This survey aims to gather input from members of both the disability community and the business community across California to inform CCDA’s strategic priorities and initiatives. The intent is to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities related to disability access across physical and digital spaces and the broader community. This survey—created in collaboration with CPS HR Consulting—will help the Commission better understand the diverse perspectives and experiences of stakeholders to guide CCDA’s decision-making and future direction.

Completing this confidential survey should take approximately 5 minutes. You will also have the option to answer additional open-ended questions, which may take an extra 5–10 minutes. Participation in the additional questions is optional. If needed, you can pause this survey and complete it later by clicking the “Save & Continue Later” button at the top of every page (except this first page). You will need to provide a valid email address, and a continuation link will be sent to that address. All your progress will be saved, including on the active page.

All results will be presented to the Commission and the public in the aggregate. No individual’s responses will be identifiable.
