Dedham Parent/Caregiver Survey of Norms, Attitudes, and Behaviors
Spring 2026
Dear Parent/Caregiver,
The Dedham Organization for Substance Awareness (DOSA) and MassCALL3 are conducting a survey of parents/caregivers of 6th - 12th graders. The purpose of this survey is to help us learn about parent/caregiver beliefs and perceptions regarding underage drinking, substance use, and other related factors. Your candid feedback will enable us to structure and implement prevention initiatives to enhance the health and safety of Dedham youth. The results of this survey will be shared with you through our website and during the next academic year through health promotion activities and community-wide messaging.
It should only take about 10-15 minutes to answer the questions.
This survey is anonymous. Your responses cannot be traced to you. These data are being handled by Social Science Research and Evaluation, Inc., a non-profit research firm. No one will know how you answered the items in this survey.
You may skip any question you choose not to answer.
Thank you very much for your time and support.
