Thank you for your interest in QuakeCon 2026!
This form is for all applicants who wish to be considered for a position on the 2026 QuakeCon Community Staff. QuakeCon will be held from Thursday, August 6 - Sunday, August 9, 2026.
Before applying, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be eligible to work in the US
- Have frequent internet access
- Have the ability to transport yourself, at your expense, to Grapevine, TX
- Follow our code of conduct and abide by all the rules of the show
- Regularly check the QC Community Discord
- Work one 5-6 hour shift every day of the convention. Shift hours to not total more than 40 cumulative hours.
- Set Up Dates: Sunday, August 2 – Wednesday, August 5
- Tear Down Dates: Sunday, August 9 – Monday, August 10
Applications will close March 3, and selected applicants will receive a response to their application
no later than April 1.
