Falls County and local partners are collecting information to assess the current status of broadband access, adoption, and use in our area. Your answers to the following questions are critical and will be combined with others to identify the need for improved internet access and support in the area. This information will be used to support further efforts to improve use of technology in our community.
Please answer the following questions for only one local address where you have a residence (either owned or rented). Survey respondents should be at least 18 years of age and be the primary or a co-decision maker for the household. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
We do not use or share any data collected for any marketing purposes. We do not sell any information collected through these surveys. We do not share these household-level survey findings with any internet service provider. No personally identifiable information, individual household survey responses, or information that could be used to identify a household and its survey responses are shared with any entity. No names, addresses, or respondent demographic information are shared with any outside entity without the express consent of the individual.
