Job Summary:
The Regional Coordinator (RC) will serve as a member of the URI Global Staff and work to implement the strategic priorities and guide URI development in the region in collaboration with Global Council Trustees. The Regional Leadership Team (RLT) is composed of the Regional Coordinator and the Regional Trustees.
The RLT will work collaboratively on the development of the annual budget and work plan. The RC is responsible for growing and uplifting the Cooperation Circle network, regionally and globally, to accomplish URI’s 3-part Purpose.
She/he will work in alignment with URI’s priority strategic initiatives related to network growth and vitality; building capacity and collaboration; and violence prevention and collective healing.
