The
National Indian Health Board is partnering with
Shoreline Consulting to conduct a comprehensive, culturally grounded evaluation of its organizational health, governance structures, philanthropic readiness, and internal culture. The result of the evaluation will be a strategic framework grounded in sovereignty, community priorities, and cultural alignment. As a part of the evaluation, we are hearing from the National Indian Health Board leadership and staff, tribal leaders, partners, and stakeholders from regions across the country.
This survey is intended for tribal members and government officials, Indian Health Care providers, practitioners, advocates, and educators, and the broader community. The questions will focus on how the National Indian Health Board’s three-pronged approach of education, advocacy, and funding strengthens tribal health systems and recommendations for the organization to promote Native health and well-being.
The survey should only take 15 minutes to complete. There is no risk to you taking this survey and nothing will change about your experience providing or accessing health care services if you do not participate. Your participation is
completely voluntary. You do not have to answer any questions you don’t want to. Your response will provide important feedback about how the National Indian Health Board is supporting Native health and guide the priorities for the organization in the future.
Your answers are confidential, and no one will be told how you answered any of the questions. Your responses will be stored on secure servers, only accessible to the research team, and only used for the purposes of this project. We will combine the answers from you and others in a report to the state. We will not put your name in the report.
If you have any questions about the survey, you can contact Mandy Smoker Broaddus at smokerbroaddus@ednw.org or at 406-438-2877.
