Official Call for Proposals | Employer Relations Summit

The Southern Association of Colleges and Employers (SoACE) is excited to announce that the Call for Programs is now open for the 12th Annual Employer Relations Summit, taking place June 16-18, 2026, in Oklahoma City, OK, at The Skirvin Hotel.

Engage. Connect. Lead. This year’s Summit theme reflects the evolving role of Employer Relations and Recruiting professionals as strategic partners, relationship builders, and leaders shaping the future of talent development and workforce engagement. We invite you to submit proposals that highlight how you are engaging in your space, connecting strategy to practice, and leading meaningful change within your institution or organization.

We are seeking session proposals that go beyond introductory concepts and focus on tested ideas, innovative models, and actionable strategies that advance employer relations, recruiting, and professional development.
As you reflect on your work, we invite you to consider sessions that explore themes such as:

Engaging employers in deeper, more intentional partnerships
Connecting ER strategy to student outcomes, institutional priorities, and workforce needs
Leading ER teams, initiatives, or organizational change
Scaling employer engagement through data, systems, and collaboration
Rethinking traditional models to meet the future of recruiting and hiring

The 2026 program will feature both:

Traditional Breakout Sessions (60 minutes) for deeper dives into strategy, frameworks, and case studies.
Mini Breakout Sessions (25 minutes) designed for rapid sharing, peer discussion, and practical idea exchange.

The proposal submission deadline is March 31, 2026. Please note that presenters must also register for the Summit.
