The Learning Guild is a trusted resource for learning professionals in a variety of roles and industries, bringing together a vibrant community of practitioners and innovators. By sharing your expertise, you can contribute to the growth of this dynamic community while elevating your professional profile.

We aim to publish practical articles that share case studies, tips, and or "how-tos" that highlight novel ways to use a common tool or platform and addressing a common professional challenge or problem. Simply put, we seek real work being done in real situations, and we are no longer seeking "thought leadership" content.

For example:

Explaining how to do a common task (for learning professionals) in a tool that many learning professionals use. In this localization example, the tool is Storyline, an authoring tool. The tool can be anything a learning professional might use in their work, such as MS Office tools or free tools or Teams.
This accessibility-focused instructional design article makes suggestions that apply broadly to any learning audience, and work for any learning designer, regardless of tool or format.
For content targeting managers, team leaders, or senior leaders of a learning function, the bigger-picture view is appropriate. This well-researched article suggests a shift to a new design-and-delivery model, includes a rationale, and offers a plan for using the recommended approach, along with suggested use cases.
