The Learning Guild produces several online conferences each year. We are interested in topics that will resonate with the L&D practitioners and leaders of L&D teams. Each online conference is a two-day exploration of a single topic. We look for a variety of sessions touching on different aspects of the topic, and, in particular, seek:
- Case studies
- Practical sessions that share successful strategies and approaches
- Engaging sessions with hands-in or interactive learning wherever possible
Please complete the form below to share your ideas for a session. We'll get in touch!
The Game-Based Learning online conference will take place June 10-11, 2026
Immersive, activity-based learning can increase engagement and retention. This online event examines how learning professionals can use game elements, like goals, player agency, and progression toward rewards to drive learners' motivation and amp up results. Sessions should explore ways to ensure that games are accessible to all learners, strategies for integrating games into learning design—and tools that can help practitioners create game-based learning.
Please submit this form by March 18, 2026. You may submit a session proposal past the submission date, and we will keep your submission on file. We may reach out to you if a spot opens up.
