Wine Tasmania is once again inviting applications from individuals employed in the island's wine trade for its Local Wine Trade Visits to be held across two days in April 2026.
These explorations into the wondrous world of our island’s best wine, will each visit a number of vineyards and wineries, with the opportunity to taste some (delicious) wine, check out the vintage action, chat with our producers and learn about what makes Tassie’s homegrown vino so utterly awesome.
Departing Monday, 13th of April from Launceston or Monday, 20th of April from Hobart, places on these itineraries are strictly limited. To be eligible to apply, you must work in a Tasmanian on-premise or independent retail business, be able to attend your choice of the above dates, and have permission from your employer to represent your business. Please note: ten places are available on each itinerary (20 in total). While we welcome multiple applications from one venue, please note that a maximum of one candidate will be successful in securing a place.
