The Diagnosis and Evaluation of Women and Girls with Hemophilia and Hemophilia Carriers: Guidance from the SSC of the ISTH: Open for public review

The ISTH has recently drafted a guidance manuscript on the diagnosis and evaluation of women and girls with hemophilia and hemophilia carrier, given the accumulating evidence from a comprehensive literature review. The guidance was developed by a panel of 9 content experts.

The draft guidance is available for review HERE. Note: This manuscript is confidential and in draft form.

We now kindly ask the greater community of physicians, scientists, and allied health professionals to review and provide any comments by February 19, 2026.
