Important Participant Expectations
Each program is designed to be highly interactive. Participants are expected to fully engage in group discussions, breakout rooms, and demonstrations. A webcam, audio, and a learning environment that supports active participation are required to ensure a meaningful training experience.
Each program is a small‑group training with limited capacity, and placement on the waitlist is not a guarantee of acceptance. The waitlist is used to notify interested participants when applications open or when acceptance decisions are released. *Priority is given to California residents.
Attendance Policy: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If you are interested in the training but cannot commit to full attendance, you may request to be added to the waitlist for future offerings.
Coursework: Participants may be required to complete coursework in advance, including independent projects and communication with an assigned trainer or group participants.
Cost: There is no cost to participants. Each training has an associated value, which is fully covered by CalTrin.
Use of AI Tools: To maintain a respectful and secure learning environment, AI assistants are not permitted during training sessions. If you require an accommodation to support your learning, please email us at least three business days before the training.
