Apogee Strengths Leadership Coaching is a six-month, comprehensive program tailored for nonprofit C-Suite executives. Led by executive leadership coach Dr. Andre Samuels, this program enhances leadership effectiveness, fosters team cohesion, optimizes organizational performance, and builds positive external relationships.
In this program participants will:
- Engage in 6 1:1 coaching sessions
- Participate in leadership challenge lab and team dynamics sessions
- Complete a leadership strengths assessment and a leader styles survey
- Engage in two in-person cohort convenings
- Develop a personalized leadership development plan
Start Date: April 20261:1 Coaching Dates: To be determined by participant and coach (April, May, June, September, October, November). First 1:1 coaching sessions would take place the weeks of April 6/13
