Early Childhood Fiscal Map Form

To support the CO-ECCS Project deliverable of a Prenatal to Three Policy Recommendation Report, and in partnership with the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Mini-Grant, the CO-ECCS Project collaborated with the Community Innovation and Action Center (CIAC) and Children’s Funding Project (CFP) to produce an updated and expanded Prenatal to Five Fiscal Map. The Colorado P-5 Fiscal Map analyzes public funding from fiscal years 2024 and 2025, still contains a view of funding for P-3 services, and provides data about how Colorado leverages state and federal funding to target specific outcomes, services, and age groups.
