All ticket exchange requests are pending until approved by the track. Once approved, a member of our ticketing staff will be in touch regarding your exchange. Exchange requests will be prioritized according to date of form submission and by date of requested exchange event.

In order to ensure sufficient time to validate and fulfill exchange requests, if selecting events that occur within the 14-day period, all requests must be submitted no later than end of day Monday leading up to the requested event weekend. A member of our ticketing staff will be in touch regarding your ticket exchange as soon as possible.
