Thank you for your interest in the Thirty Under 30 program!
In 2026, the program is moving to DevLearn Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, where we will honor cohort members who are present.
DevLearn takes place November 4-6, 2026, at the MGM Grand.
Since 2020, the Learning Guild has selected an annual cohort of 30 outstanding young leaders and emerging leaders in L&D, customer education, higher education, and other roles focused on adult learning, training, and performance enablement and development.
We are excited about launching the Thirty Under 30 program at a new venue with exciting opportunities for cohort members. The experience happens both online and on site at our DevLearn Conference. Thirty Under 30 honorees engage in discussions among fellow cohort members and alumni, forming a professional network and community where members can continue to grow professionally.
Outstanding Thirty Under 30 candidates are:
- Born after November 4, 1996 (you must be under 30 when DevLearn 2026 begins)
- Working in the learning field, as part of an internal learning function, as independent contractors or freelancers, or as team members at a learning platform or services supplier
- Interested in developing their career in the learning field
- Curious lifelong learners eager to join our Thirty Under 30 community and connect with other cohort members and alumni
- Ideally: Willing and able to join us at DevLearn 2026, November 4-6, 2026, at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada
