2027 Winterim Trip Application (Spring 2026)

Before you begin this application, you should be able to answer YES to the following questions:
  1. Are you the student?
  2. Did you and your parent read about the trip, including the trip description, student cost, and prerequisites?
  3. Did you read and do you understand the Student Travel Standards, Missions Trips Fundraising Policies and Procedures, and Trip Insurance Information and listed on the Winterim Trips webpage on the school website?
  4. Do you meet the prerequisites listed and are able to physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally be an active participant on the trip for which you are applying?
If you answered no, please go back to the Winterim Trip website and read the policies.  

If you answered yes, please carefully read the following instructions and policies:
  1. You will need at least 30 minutes to complete the application and it must be done in one sitting.  The program does not allow for you to save your work and finish at a later time.
  2. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  3. You and a parent should carefully read the trip information to be fully informed about the trip, trip sponsors, student cost, and prerequisites.
  4. ​You must meet the prerequisites listed and be able to physically, emotionally, spiritually, financially and mentally be an active participant on the trip.
  5. You should complete the online application with a parent nearby to help answer questions.  Parent should not complete the application for you.
  6. This application program will close at 11:59pm on Wednesday, April 8.  No applications will be accepted after this time.
  7. The deposit must be paid within the application.
International students who wish to travel outside of the United States during Winterim 2027 must meet with Mrs. Yang and Mrs. Visker BEFORE applying. 
Student Information - the accuracy of this information is crucial. Trip leaders may use this information to purchase flights, etc. Please be sure to enter your legal name accurately.

Grade you will be in 2026-2027:
Spring Application Time Policy:  In the spring only current 2025-2026 WA students may apply for Winterim trips.  Incoming freshmen and transfer students for 2026-2027 may apply for Winterim trips that are still open during the fall of 2026.
