**New for 2026:
- You must provide a URL link to a video screen recorded walkthrough of your project (the video should be no more than 4 minutes in length).
- Consultants and Vendors, to be accepted on the program, you must submit a unique solution used in a client organization AND have a client co-demonstrator attend. Solutions cannot be a demonstration of your product doing what it was designed to do but must be a solution created to address a specific issue with your client.
Shortly after your project is submitted, you will receive the details of the submission in an automated email that confirms its receipt (
be aware, these sometimes get caught by Spam filters, be sure to look there if you receive nothing in your inbox).We encourage you to submit your individual or organization's one best project for consideration. Meeting the DemoFest criteria is the first step for inclusion but note that space is limited for this year's event.
