Register your interest: In conversation with Martin McCluskey MP, Minister for Energy Consumers

The Warm Homes Plan has been the single biggest policy update for the energy sector so far this Parliament. Setting targets and policies for home decarbonisation, the plan is critical to cutting energy bills, tackling fuel poverty and breaking the UK’s ties with volatile gas markets. However, many questions remain regarding how the government will deliver on these ambitions in reality.

Join us on Monday 17 March, 17:45-18:45 GMT to hear from Martin McCluskey MP, minister for energy consumers, on the UK government's priorities following the recently published Warm Homes Plan. Minister McCluskey will be joining Ravi Gurumurthy, Nesta’s chief executive, to discuss the next steps and how various organisations can play a role in accelerating home decarbonisation.

This hybrid event is taking place at 58 Victoria Embankment, London. It’s for stakeholders and decision-makers in the sector, including those from the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero, energy and installer organisations, think tanks and local authorities, as well as property developers and home builders. The event will be followed by a networking reception and will also be available online for those who cannot make it in person.
